Return Policy & Shipping Responsibility

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs if the issue is due to our fault (e.g., product defects or manufacturing errors).

 

If the return is due to the customer’s reason (e.g., incorrect orders, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom-made products are
non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
